At Parentr, we prioritize your convenience and security. This guide will walk you through the essential steps for managing your account, including password resets, profile updates, and adjusting account settings.
Password Resets
If you need to reset your password, follow these steps:
- Log into the Parentr app: Open the app and on the Account tab, tap on "Reset Password."
- Enter Your Current Password: Provide the current password. You can click the unhide icon to view if entered is correct.
- Create a New Password: Set a new password and ensure it is strong and unique. You can click the unhide icon to view if entered is correct.
- Confirm Your New Password: Enter again your new password to confirm. You can click the unhide icon to view if entered is correct.
- Save Changes: Confirm your updates by clicking "Save".
Profile Updates
To update your profile information:
- Log In: Access your Parentr account.
- Navigate to Account: Tap on the My Profile.
- Edit Information: Update your First and Last names, Phone or Email as needed.
- Save Changes: Confirm your updates by clicking "Save Changes".
Account Settings
Adjusting your account settings allows you to customize your experience on Parentr:
- Log In: Access your Parentr account.
- Navigate to Account: Scroll down to the Preferences.
- Customize Preferences: Adjust notification settings, calendar, or other preferences.
- Save Changes: Ensure you save any changes you make.
